FAQ-1: What do I get from the Purchase? (A1. DIY PACKAGE)

We sell the system to the public for £350 (SGD687, RM1,700). You will get:

• A website to keep all your ISO 9001 or ISO 14001 or OHSAS 18001.
• You do all the ISO yourself but get the website.
• You will pay an annual fee - the ongoing fee each year for the website. If £125 (SGD248, RM610) is too high, talk to us.

FAQ-2: What will you not get from the Purchase? (A1. DIY PACKAGE)

So, what is not included in the package?

• We don't provide any support for that low price, except the lots of explanation pages that go with the system, to tell you how to create your own ISO system.
  
• If you want us to conduct audits or provide other support, we are happy to do so, but we charge our usual daily rates for that.

Example:

1. No ISO Awareness Training Provided.
2. No ISO Documentation & Implementation Training Provided.
3. No ISO Internal Auditing Training Provided.
4. No Consultancy Visits.

FAQ-3: What is so special for the Ultra Low Package? (A2. ULTRA LOW PACKAGE)

We will provide the total package and give the Website for £350 (SGD687, RM1,700).:

• The service that we are offering will be a consultancy service.
  
• So we ask you (the client) the questions and then we set up the website for you.
  
• You are not involved in the process of actually creating the system.
  
• We sell our services for conducting audits and attending assessments and all of that.
• Our system is just a very rapid way of creating ISO systems for you (the clients).
• From your point of view we will come along, ask questions, set up your ISO system and then do audits etc for you (the client).
• On an ongoing basis you will continue to maintain your ISO system and conduct audits etc. or engage us to help you.
  
• Must pay the ongoing fee each year for the website - pay £125 (SGD248, RM610).

FAQ-4: We now offer Ultra Low Package + Normal ISO Package? (A3. FULL PACKAGE)

You will get all the normal services as from all ISO Consultants and a FREE Website (1st Year only).

• You will get all the Training services - Awareness, Documentation, Implementation, Internal Auditing.
• You will get Consultancy Visits.
• You will get the FREE Website - 1st year only at £350 (SGD687, RM1,700) FREE / FOC.
• But must pay an annual fee to maintain the FREE website - very very low than £350 (SGD687, RM1,700).
• You will get - No need to pay for Domain fees, No Hosting fees, No Server fees. Pay then annual fees at £125 (SGD248, RM610).
